Information for checking in & out of Gonzaga Hall

Check in: July 7 (Sat. 1pm ~ 8pm)

            July 8 (Sun. 4pm ~ 8pm)     

Date of check out: August 9-10 (Thurs. - Fri.)

Time of check out: 9am – 5pm

All students should abide by Gonzaga Hall rules

1) Curfew: Weekday 12 AM – 5 AM

             Weekend (Friday & Saturday only) 1 AM – 5 AM

2) Orientation: July 9, 2012 (Monday), 8:30 PM (will take approximately 30 minutes)

@ the restaurant at the basement of Gonzaga Hall

3) You have to submit Physical examination forms : X-ray, contagious diseases

  (we don’t have any specific forms but you may use the forms attached)

4) Deposit: You don’t need to make a deposit, but if you damage items in your room,

   you will have to compensate in cash. (There is a list for how much each item in your room costs)

Information for checking in & out of Bellarmino Hall

Date of check in: July 7 (Saturday)

If by unavoidable circumstances you arrive on Sunday (July 8), you can check in after 6pm

Time of check in: 9 am – 5 pm

If by unavoidable circumstances you arrive later, you can check in until 11 pm
